Still Not 100%

Blueberry has been left with a horrendous cough. One of those, sounds like she's been smoking for 24 years, kind of coughs. It is not pretty. She hasn't been sleeping very good because she's been coughing so much. Which means I have also been missing out on much needed beauty sleep. If anyone has a surefire way to stop Blueberry from hacking up a lung every 60 seconds or so, we'd both be very grateful. We've tried cough syrup, Vicks, nothing is working right now.

Just to give you a little picture of how miserable and pathetic she is, last night she was in bed at 6:45 and asleep by 6:55. If she would have had her way, she would have been in bed earlier, but her mean mother made her eat a little something for supper. She slept rather fitfully (as did I) until I finally woke her up for school at 7:30 this morning. Hopefully the cough is a little better today and hopefully we won't have to deal with a nasty cough all winter. She can only survive so long on two bites of supper every night and the bags under my eyes are starting to scare me, not to mention those I come in contact with everyday.
