The next morning we got up and ate breakfast at our favorite little breakfast spot (the one with the enormous menu). After breakfast hubs had to go back to the hotel to wait for a fax from his realtor. His house sold while we were there and paperwork needed to be signed. While he was upstairs doing that I sat on a bench by the beach and waited. The sun felt so good and it was fun to just watch people.
We took a tour of the Casino that day. The Casino is an old ball room and theater. It was beautiful. Everything was originial inside.
Once the tour was over it was time to catch our helicopter and head back to the mainland. Hubs said he's always wanted to take a helicopter ride but I think he just didn't want the embarrassment of a wife throwing up over the side of a boat again! The helicopter ride was awesome. We saw dolphins swimming below us and the pilot would circle them so we could get good looks. Definitely would do the helicopter thing again!
When we got to our hotel, changed and freshened up, we decided to go check out Venice Beach. Not my most favorite beach in the world but there is something about the ocean that I absolutely love. I could have stayed out there all night, watching and listening to the waves coming in a going out.

Not sure I commented much on the other posts, but I've enjoyed the summary of your honeymoon! Looks like lots of good memories for you guys. :)
